Owner of Triumphant Life Activated, llc. T Adams (Tru). I started this business to connect with other Generation X and older Millennials, that are navigating the middle years and the challenges that come with being in the sandwich generation and dealing with the physical challenges of Pre-Menopause and Menopause. This is especially daunting for my fellow women of color since health issues have long been shushed when it comes to aging. I’m her to share information and offer quality digital products that can help track physical and mental changes.
